You will recieve the report on the same day. Payment must be received prior to the report being emailed.

Stage Inspections we normally meet the building supervisor on site if there available otherwise we normally have access unless it’s at handover, but your more than welcome to attend if you like.

Why a building inspection in Plumpton?

Plumpton has been built almost entirely from the late 2010s onwards. The suburb is a true greenfield development — what was once farmland and quarry country is now rolling estates of brick veneer homes, both single and double storey, on slab. The vast majority of properties are still inside the builder’s structural warranty period.

Reactive clay underlies the whole suburb. Slab and footing movement is a real consideration even on three- and four-year-old homes — heave, cornice cracking, sticking doors and drummy tiles all show up. Distinguishing normal first-year settlement from genuine structural movement is exactly the call a registered builder doing the inspection can make confidently.

Because Plumpton is so new, the dominant inspection work is stage and PCI — catching defects during build and at handover, while the builder is still contractually obliged to fix them. By the time a Plumpton home reaches its second owner, structural warranty has often expired, which makes the pre-purchase inspection on a four- to seven-year-old home critical.
