All new home Construction (Stage Inspection) are carried out by a Registered Building Practitioner, accredited and licensed with the Victorian Building Authority. Not all inspectors are Registered Builders, don't risk engaging a non qualified person, it will cost you far more than the inspection. Our pricing represents great value for our customers, you know what you’re paying. No hidden costs.

The prices of Building Inspection services vary based on the inspection type and the size of the property being inspected. Whilst it’s reasonable to look for the cheapest inspection – it may also result in the cheapest service and most cases, it doesn’t result in the best outcomes for customers. It pays to use an Inspector with significant experience, the relevant qualifications, specialist equipment, valid insurances and the capable of producing, high quality, detailed reports, Same Day.
Each home is designed differently, that’s why your inspector carefully reads through the plans and specifications before starting each stage Inspection, to ensure your detailed report is accurate and compliant.
When comparing prices, please ensure you are comparing qualifications as well. Some companies advertise (Trade Qualified) which means, they might be a qualified cabinet maker or any other trade. Always ask the question.
A large percentage of inspectors, aren’t Registered Builders, and in fact, have never built a house. Doesn’t mater the size of the company.
