You will recieve the report on the same day. Payment must be received prior to the report being emailed. 

 

All 5 critical stages, to ensure your build is in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.  The Stages include:

  1. Pre-Slab  (prior to concrete slab poor)
  2. Frame Stage
  3. Lock-Up/Pre-Plaster
  4. Fixing & Waterproofing (prior to painting and laying tiles)
  5. Handover

Pending work load, normally minimum of 48 hours notice. If it’s urgent for various reasons, we will try and accomodate you best we can.

No, We normally meet the Real Estae agent who grants us access, but your more than welcome to attend if you like. 

Stage Inspections we normally meet the building supervisor on site if there available otherwise we normally have access unless it’s at handover, but your more than welcome to attend if you like. 

Your inspector is the business owner, we don’t employ contractors.

With new home stage inspections, some companies employ contractors, this means you will have a different inspector at each stage not knowing anything about the previous. Do you really want to deal with 5 different people plus the call centre ?

At Star you only deal with 1 person, the Inspector/business owner.
