Amazing experience having Michael do a building inspection on my first home. He coordinated with the agent to find an inspection time in the short window I had without needing me to intervene. I got the report on the same day of the inspection and was very happy with the level of detail and all the pictures contained in it. He then gave me time to read the report and that evening I had a good 30 minute conversation with him over the phone about what was found in the report, and he took the time to explain everything in terms I understood.
