We are very grateful to Michael for a very thorough job with our building final -stage inspection. Michael's report pointed out defects with our building that we would never pick up or be made aware of. Michael's report was thorough and easy to understand. Mitchel has been amazing, he did couple of building and pest inspection for missing 2021. He was very detailed in his report. He also followed up with a phone call that we understood the report and how we could claim some of those defects. He spoke with the Real Estate Agent on my behalf ensuring he could complete his job. Amazing experience having Michael do a building inspection on my first home. He coordinated with the agent to find an inspection time in the short window I had without needing me to intervene. I got the report on the same day of the inspection and was very happy with the level of detail and all the pictures contained in it. He then gave me time to read the report and that evening I had a good 30 minute conversation with him over the phone about what was found in the report, and he took the time to explain everything in terms I understood. After conducting inspection, he also explains each section of the report verbally and gives helpful advice about what should be fixed, how it should be fixed, and advise a reasonable cost to fix each defect so if I decide to get someone else to fix it, I don't get rip off.
