Just as everyone else looking for building inspectors, I too have come across many building inspectors with loads of fancy write-ups around the amount of details, use of gadgets, quality of reports et all which I know are a way of marketing their business. I booked a pre-purchase building and pest inspection, which Michael tried his best to fit in within my 3 days cooling off period of signing the property contract. It is great to deal with such professionalism. Michael’s report is detail, thorough and very informative with clear images, description and explanation of defects. After conducting inspection, he also explains each section of the report verbally and gives helpful advice about what should be fixed, how it should be fixed, and advise a reasonable cost to fix each defect so if I decide to get someone else to fix it, I don’t get rip off. After all, this is a great experience. I am very happy with the service provided. I will definitely come back again.
