These are my true honest opinions. - Michael is a registered builder and this makes him qualified to put across a report that is inline with the REAL TRUE outcome needed of a building and pest inspection - His experience of more than 2 decades in this line means every minute detail in and around the house is covered extensively and to utmost quality. I have a 50 page report on an established house which I truly wasn't expecting to such a detail. - His report is structured, easy to understand and interpret and anyone, even a layman like me can easily follow through the report with pointers covering each and every aspect with photographs to understand the defect and the recommendation there of. Amazing experience having Michael do a building inspection on my first home. He coordinated with the agent to find an inspection time in the short window I had without needing me to intervene. Fantastic experience dealing with Michael. We had a short turnaround time for our building and pest inspection and Michael not only accommodated us but actually reached out and coordinated with the agent directly without us having to do any back and forth to set things up. I contacted Michael after reading good reviews of him on Google and he did not disappoint! I booked a pre-purchase building and pest inspection, which Michael tried his best to fit in within my 3 days cooling off period of signing the property contract. I received the report same day as the inspection. Michael was very thorough in his report and he went through it with me to explain the report and answer my questions.
